Your role in our team:

We are currently looking for a foreman to join our team. This position will give you the opportunity to take on challenging tasks and contribute to the growth of our company in our areas of activity.

• Managing a team of 2 to 8 people
• Communication with clients
• Project progress tracking
• Driving vehicles to job sites
• Being able to perform mobilization and cleaning work
• Prioritizing health and safety
• Respecting and applying company values
• Participating in daily feedback sessions
• Taking part in daily risk analyses

The skills we are looking for

• Valid Class 5 driver's license (essential)
• Team management experience (required)
• Strong leadership and positive attitude
• Excellent sense of responsibility, autonomy
• ASP construction card is an asset
• CCQ card is an asset
• Good physical condition, ability to lift approximately 50 pounds several times a day
• Availability and flexibility, able to travel in Quebec
• Good communication skills, initiative, and team spirit
• Punctuality and excellent attendance
• Employment type: Full-time, Permanent
• Compensation: Starting at $33.00 per hour
