By joining us, you will play a key role in the development and organization of these services, in a modern, stimulating, and welcoming environment.

  • Role and Responsibilities
  • Support the Rehabilitation Coordinator in their responsibilities and, together with her, coordinate and optimize the multisite operations of the rehabilitation clinics.
  • Supervise the Clinic Coordinator and teams, ensure effective personnel management, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Review and analyze clinic performance using indicators (KPIs) and dashboards (Power BI) to quickly identify issues to address.
  • Assess operational challenges, implement key processes to improve performance, prioritize projects, and ensure their deployment.
  • Develop, structure, and implement processes adapted to a rapidly growing context.
  • Maintain and improve quality, performance, capacity, and patient experience standards.
  • Actively contribute to the opening of new clinics and the deployment of services.
  • Prioritize initiatives and optimize the use of available resources.
  • Collaborate with CIUSSS organizations as well as internal and external partners.

  • Desired Profile
  • University degree in management, health administration, or related field (asset).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, ideally multisite.
  • Confirmed experience in team management and mobilizing leadership.
  • Experience in performance analysis and process development/deployment.
  • Ability to prioritize, structure, and adapt to a rapidly growing environment.
  • Proficiency with Power BI and analysis tools.
  • Excellent relational skills and ability to work with various stakeholders.
  • Open-mindedness, adaptability, and sense of innovation.
  • Bilingualism required (French and English).
