What you can expect when joining the team

The Xacte platform helps doctors save time, ensure the compliance of their billing, and receive the revenue they are entitled to. In this role, you will directly contribute to this objective by assisting them in their medical billing process.

Depending on your profile and the team's needs, you can evolve within one of the following two areas:

• RAMQ Billing: Validation of acts, compliance with rules, and revenue optimization
• Non-RAMQ Billing: Complete management of files (private insurance, other provinces, international patients, etc.)

Each person develops specific expertise while collaborating closely with the team, with opportunities for advancement within the role and the team.

Job Conditions:

Permanent full-time position, 37.5 hours per week (day shift), hybrid mode with a required presence at the office one (1) day per week. Training is offered upon starting the position.

Your Daily Tasks

Concretely, you will need to:

• Check and process medical billing acts submitted by platform users
• Ensure the compliance of files according to applicable rules (RAMQ or other payers)
• Identify errors or inconsistencies and propose corrections
• Track files and payments
• Communicate with doctors or partners to clarify certain situations
• Analyze more complex cases according to your area of expertise
• Produce follow-ups and maintain rigorous documentation
• Develop your expertise through continuous training
