Your Mission

Reporting to the Head of the Property Portfolio Service, the successful candidate will plan, organize, direct, and evaluate projects related to various engineering domains. They will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to determine project requirements. They will develop descriptive proposals and work methods and ensure compliance with the project specifications and municipal construction standards. They will coordinate and control the work of various project stakeholders.

Depending on organizational needs, the successful candidate may be assigned tasks focused on project planning or implementation.

Desired Profile

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical, chemical, or construction);
  • Have a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in the field;
  • Be a registered member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec or a member of the Association des architectes-paysagistes du Québec;
  • Hold a valid driver's license;
  • Have municipal experience will be considered an asset;
  • Have project management training will be considered an asset;
  • Have a PMP certification will be considered an asset;
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, will be considered an asset.

You play a key role by providing in-depth expertise. Your expertise will be sought to guide decisions and coordinate various projects. You are also a central actor in the provision of specialized consulting services.

Work Schedule

The schedule may vary depending on workload. Within the scope of the functions, hybrid remote work is possible.

Salary

According to Class 5 of the professional employees' salary scale, ranging from $99,962 to $128,156.
