Represents the general management to other employees to implement a positive customer experience. Provides administrative support and performs various tasks, including scheduling, writing correspondence and emails, supervising visitors, connecting callers, and answering questions and requests.
Main Responsibilities
Anticipates the needs of general management and manages their schedule.
Manages and coordinates travel organization, including expense reports and visa/passport requirements.
Collects, compiles, verifies, and analyzes information for general management use in documents such as memos, letters, reports, speeches, presentations, and press releases.
Facilitates smooth communications between general management and employees and between general management and external parties such as media, clients, suppliers, and the public.
Maintains the security and confidentiality of general management files and records.
Monitors, reviews, and approves standard expenses to ensure office activities are conducted within established budgets.
Regularly communicates necessary information as requested (e.g., monthly).
Performs various tasks exercising judgment and discretion; i.e., preparing documents and presentation materials; sorting and responding to correspondence, requests, and phone calls; preparing official letters and information bulletins; preparing for and participating in meetings; drafting and distributing reports.
Acts as a formal resource for less experienced employees.
Performs other activities for general management as requested.

Education, Degrees, Certifications
High school diploma or equivalent or equivalent experience, provided that this experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require a license to comply with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience
Significant professional experience and in-depth knowledge gained through specialized training and relevant experience.
