Project Coordinator – Electricity

Your Role

Under the supervision of the Director of the Electricity Department, you will play a key role in the success of our projects by working closely with field teams, clients, suppliers, and partners.

More specifically, you will:

• Plan, organize, and coordinate the various stages of projects;
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and progress of work;
• Plan field team work, allocate resources, and ensure everyone has the necessary equipment and information;
• Support foremen and field teams in resolving daily issues;
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution;
• Manage purchases, changes, extras, and technical challenges encountered during the project;
• Build a trusting relationship with clients;
• Anticipate risks, propose concrete solutions, and ensure smooth project execution;
• Ensure the quality of work, project profitability, and adherence to schedules.
• The Profile We Are Looking For
• You might be the person we are looking for if you:
• Have experience in project management or a solid technical background relevant to the functions;
• Understand the realities of a construction site;
• Are known for your sense of organization and ability to manage multiple priorities;
• Enjoy mobilizing teams and working collaboratively;
• Communicate easily with different stakeholders;
• Can analyze situations, solve problems, and make decisions.

A degree in electricity, electrical engineering technology, engineering, or any relevant combination of education and experience will be considered.
