Habitations de Luxe is a well-known real estate developer and general contractor on the South Shore of Montreal, with over 13 years of experience.

We build customized homes, multiplexes, multi-unit buildings, as well as affordable housing projects. Our growth has led us to integrate a full-time architect to develop our expertise internally.

Your responsibilities

• Design residential projects;
• Develop architectural concepts;
• Prepare files for CCU, PPCMOI, and permits;
• Produce permit and construction plans for certain projects;
• Coordinate external architecture firms on major projects;
• Participate in meetings with municipalities;
• Coordinate various professionals;
• Ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Member in good standing of the Order of Architects of Quebec;
• Experience in residential architecture;
• Good knowledge of the Building Code;
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit;
• Team spirit and autonomy.

Salary: $80,000 to $125,000 per year
