• In collaboration with the management, you will play a key role in:
• Educational management (supporting educators, educational quality, observations)
• Human resources management (schedules, replacements, work climate)
• Operations management (registrations, ratios, compliance)
• Relationships with parents and partners

Desired profile

• DEC in Techniques d’éducation à l’enfance (or equivalent recognized)
• 3 to 5 years of experience in managing a daycare service
• Experience in coordination or management (asset)
• Motivational leadership, sense of organization, and excellent relational skills
• Good knowledge of the Ministry of Family regulations

Assets

• AEC – Gestion des services de garde (or equivalent)
• University training in management or education
• Experience in team supervision

Other requirements

• First aid certification (or to be obtained)
• Clearance of no impediment (vulnerable sector)
• Proficiency in French and English (oral and written)
