WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

The Senior Analyst, Channel \& Pricing Management is responsible for executing and operationalizing commercial activities, ensuring pricing integrity across all distribution channels.

This includes analyzing channel performance to identify opportunities and threats, representing revenue management in all business projects, summarizing findings, compiling reports, conducting post-audit actions, and communicating areas of concern or risk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Subject matter expert on system and price distribution systems and processes
  • Grow and maximize revenues for B2C channels while ensuring pricing integrity across all distribution channels.
  • Implement new merchandising and revenue stream opportunities with Ecommerce, partnership, and Loyalty departments.
  • Manage RM Pricing Analyst, leading and directing pricing and commercial actions, setting targets, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and taking remedial actions as necessary to develop and motivate the team to deliver on set objectives.
  • Work with Manager Commercial strategy to ensure the commercial plan is supported online and via all channel opportunities.
  • Build various campaign offer constructs to support business opportunities for Loyalty and partnership programs.
  • Perform post-audit activities, communicate results for future references based on partnership strategic activities.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue based on each market segment and channel.
  • Perform project evaluations, assess risks, and report back on proposed solutions.
  • Build project delivery plans for Revenue Management responsibilities within each project.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

  • University degree with a minimum of 3 years in the travel industry related experience
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze reports and related industry reports to better understand the market and competitors.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills used to recommend and implement effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comprehensive understanding of brand management and retail distribution strategy.
  • Excellent business communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual (French \& English) preferred.
