• Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Proven written and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with all levels of staff and the general public in a professional and effective manner
• As a condition of employment, the employee must pass a background check
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Possess intermediate-level computer skills to use innovative wireless technology on client-specific sites
• Ability to manage crisis situations on the client site, with calm and efficiency
• Capable of:
• + Working in various environments such as cold, rain/snow, or heat
• + Occasionally lifting or transporting weights up to 10 kg
• + Occasionally climbing stairs, ramps, or ladders during the shift
• + Standing or walking on various surfaces for long periods
• + Performing circulation control and refrigerated container tasks
• + Excellent computer skills are required for entering emails and data

+ Excellent visual dexterity, written communication skills, and time management skills are required + CCTV surveillance + Responding to emergency situations + Connecting and disconnecting site visitors + Performing patrols inside and outside buildings + Monitoring premises to prevent theft, violence, or rule violations + Reminding rule violators of site rules and regulations + Reporting any installation issues such as fire hazards and water pipe leaks + Controlling and patrolling parking lots with marked vehicles
