Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper to join our dynamic food service team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly to maintain cleanliness standards
• Assist with basic meal preparation and food handling as directed by kitchen staff
• Support food service operations by organizing supplies and ensuring the availability of clean items for meal service
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by following proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols
• Help with general kitchen duties such as restocking supplies, organizing storage areas, and assisting with meal assembly when needed
• Adhere to food safety standards and proper hygiene practices at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic understanding of kitchen operations including dishwashing, meal prep, and sanitation practices
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed within restaurant hours
