Insulars are looking for a full-time evening chef (35hrs/week, Wednesday to Saturday)

Description

Insulars Microbrewery is an artisan brewery located in the Pont Viau neighborhood in Laval (275 Concorde East Boulevard). A place where you can enjoy beers brewed on site combined with bistronomic meals. 24 tap lines, including several guest lines.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Under the authority of the head chef, we are looking for an experienced chef to join our team;
• Prepare and set up dishes;
• Receive and place orders;
• Ensure product control and quality;
• Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness according to MAPAQ standards;

Conditions

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cooking and restaurant;
• Hold a diploma in cooking (an asset);
• Must be organized and self-sufficient;
• Ability to manage priorities, tolerance to stress, and quick execution;
• Good physical condition;

Position: Full-time

• Hours: Evening, Wednesday to Saturday
• Salary: To be discussed according to experience, competitive. Free beers and meals + tips
• Start date: Immediately
