Bridal Stylist

Lovenote is a band of modern bridal boutiques created by the team behind Truvelle, Laudae, and Aesling. We design and manufacture all of our own lines in our inspiring Vancouver headquarters. We’re about individual style. We’re obsessed with quality. And we think shopping should be fun.

Position: Bridal Stylist

Pay: $20.50//hour + 2% commission (average sale is $3500) + Tips. Potential for over $50/h with commission \& tips.

Type:

• 2-3 days per week.
• Must have Saturday and/or Sunday availability
• The schedule is flexible \& based on booked appointments.
• Shift length is 2-8 hours, depending on appointments. There's an opportunity for overtime.
• Location: 1312 Sainte-Catherine west

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer service through one-on-one private consultations
• Engage with customers through email and phone
• Identify and assess customer’s needs to ensure they are satisfied with their interaction/resolution
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
• Follow procedures, guidelines and policies
• Always go above and beyond for the customer
• Strong merchandising skills and ability to create and maintain visual displays
• Assist and participate in creating content for social media

• Minimum 2 years experience in a service-based role
