Spa Receptionist

In collaboration with the supervisor and the director, the incumbent will perform a set of tasks related to customer service and appointment confirmation.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Represent VVV in its activities and ensure the complete satisfaction of customers;
• Welcome, inform, direct, and answer customers;
• Hand out necessary items to customers for their visit (key, water bottle, etc.);
• Offer customers various complementary products and services;
• Sell access passes, packages, or treatments using the cash register;
• Prepare and perform the cash deposit;
• Create schedules for massage therapists and estheticians using various software;
• Distribute massages correctly according to seniority and balance treatments by therapist for each day;
• Receive and direct customer requests and complaints to the supervisor;
• Prepare, modify, complete, and file customer files;
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the workstation;
• Report any anomalies to the immediate supervisor;
• Perform any other related tasks.

COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service
• Knowledge of the Office suite
• Knowledge of English is an asset as you will be working with an anglophone tourist clientele.
