Job Description and Main Responsibilities

Under the responsibility of the program administrator, the person holding this position is mandated to support the production and integration of new content within the framework of the Carnets de route project, in collaboration with the project manager.

In the course of their duties, the person

• Writes, adapts, and revises content intended for the web version of Carnets de route;
• Develops and proposes formats that facilitate the understanding and appropriation of content (e.g., summary sheets, presentations, visual content, Q&A, capsules, etc.);
• Analyzes the needs of target audiences (refugees and asylum seekers, as well as service providers working with these individuals) and identifies obstacles to information access;
• Participates in the structuring of content and the organization of information according to the needs of users;
• Contributes to various tasks related to the development, adaptation, or dissemination of web and digital content;
• Provides support in the search for additional information;
• Participates in the development of dissemination content and contributes to dissemination efforts, in collaboration with the communications team;
• Collaborates with communications, knowledge transfer, and project teams in a perspective of coherence and complementarity;
• Performs any other tasks related to their function as requested by their immediate supervisor.
