Description

As a Senior Advisor, Enterprise Portfolio, you will follow the project portfolio in the Enterprises sector to identify execution challenges, in collaboration with the Design and Solution Delivery teams, Consistency and Cross-Functional Efficiency. You will facilitate the resolution of challenges with the delivery teams and prepare reports for various stakeholders. You will manage the capacity of the necessary expertise for project execution and support the development of the investment plan. You will play a leadership role with stakeholders on complex and cross-cutting projects, requiring in-depth knowledge in your field. You will formulate recommendations for projects with high operational and conceptual complexity, requiring comprehensive and detailed analysis. You will interact with many stakeholders from various expertise areas, making interpersonal relationship management essential. You will act as a specialist advisor and coach for decision-making bodies. Specifically, you will be tasked with:

  • Establishing the project situation profile, identifying execution challenges, and facilitating their resolution in collaboration with the sector teams.
  • Developing cross-cutting views to manage interdependencies and impacts.
  • Developing solution usage indicators and providing information for internal reports.
  • Improving investment and project performance tracking methods and participating in investment plan support mandates.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline
  • Minimum of eight years of relevant experience
  • Please note that other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Advanced English proficiency due to the nature of tasks, work tools, or interactions with English-speaking partners, members, or clients
  • Expertise in an agile development environment
  • Knowledge of the banking industry, Enterprise sector
  • Knowledge of MS Project, Office Suite, Jira, and Confluence
