Main Responsibilities and Tasks

• Perform maintenance work.
• Purchase the necessary materials for the execution of the work.
• Record the details of the work done in our management platform.
• Respect the priorities, deadlines, and planning established by the maintenance coordinator.
• Tour the buildings and identify anomalies.
• Perform on-call duty on rotation (evenings and weekends).
• Maintain the company's quality standards in all interventions.
• Respect health and safety standards at work.
• Collaborate with internal teams and, if necessary, with external suppliers.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of practices and the efficiency of maintenance operations.
• Perform any other related tasks.

Desired Profile

• (2) years of experience in maintenance.
• Have the basic tools.
• Have a car and a valid driver's license.
• Good knowledge of computer tools and ability to use management platforms.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written, with tenants and teams.
• Professional and positive attitude, with a good sense of organization, autonomy, and priorities, as well as excellent ability to collaborate and work in a team.
• Proactive and solution-oriented spirit, with the ability to diagnose problems and intervene effectively.
• Good adaptability and versatility in dealing with different situations and types of interventions.

Job Status and Hours

• Full-time, 40 hours/week.
