Physiotherapist - Kinatex Galt and Kinatex Du Sommet

We are currently looking for a Physiotherapist for our Kinatex Galt and Kinatex Du Sommet Clinics.

At our Kinatex Galt clinic, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team offering physiotherapy, osteopathy, kinesiology, acupuncture, and massage therapy services, including advanced manual therapy, vestibular approach, concussion management, McKenzie approach, sports analysis (running, golf, and climbing), and targeted jaw osteopathy. Our clientele is generally adult.

At Kinatex Du Sommet, you will work in a friendly and dynamic environment alongside physiotherapists, ergotherapists, and massage therapists working as a team to provide high-quality personalized services. You will also collaborate with the pediatric clinic Pas à Pas, which supports children aged 0 to 18 and their families to develop their full physical, cognitive, and social potential.

In both clinics, you will be exposed to a diverse clientele, including private patients, CNESST or SAAQ, in a stimulating and collaborative environment, and you will actively contribute to maintaining a professional and welcoming work setting.

Your responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical condition and establish individualized treatment plans
• Provide treatments and interventions based on best practices
• Design and supervise personalized exercise programs
• Ensure quality follow-up and adjust plans according to patients' progress
• Educate, support, and guide patients towards prevention strategies
• Work closely with other clinic professionals

Required skills

• Open to both new graduates and experienced candidates
• In good standing with the OPPQ
• Interest in developing skills and refining expertise (vestibular therapy, pediatrics, neurology, ATM and RPP — an asset)
• Initiative, autonomy, and patient-centered approach
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written (mandatory)

Schedule

• Full-time: 32 to 35 hours per week
• Flexible schedule over 4 or 5 days (Monday to Friday), with evening availability required
• Start date: April 2026, flexible according to candidate availability

Remuneration

• Salary: From $37.70/h to $77.04/h
• Hourly rate is established based on current salary scales, as well as professional experience and expertise developed throughout the candidate's career.
