As a Member and Client Experience Advisor at Desjardins Bellechasse, you will enhance the experience of our members and clients and ensure their satisfaction. This involves, among other things, your welcoming demeanor, your listening skills, the handling of their needs, and your support in managing their financial autonomy. Through this support, you will promote the cooperative values of Desjardins. You will guide members and clients, advise them on the financial products and services offered, and promote the various distribution channels available. You will assist in opening their accounts and support them in their financial transactions, always remaining attentive to their needs, in order to offer them tailored solutions. You will identify business opportunities and direct members and clients to your colleagues for specialized services. You will be a proud ambassador of digital solutions and offer advice to members and clients on their use. You will ensure the smooth running of their financial transactions, while also handling problem resolution, if necessary. You will emphasize information and support in the use of technological tools, while incorporating prevention and security advice. More specifically, you will be tasked with:

  • Guiding members and clients through their operations and transactions, identifying opportunities to inform them about existing applications and technological tools, enabling them to be more autonomous in these activities.
  • Contributing to business development and maintaining business relationships through service delivery and activities.
  • Handling members and clients who have been victims of fraud or irregularities. Follow up and process the necessary operations to resolve their case.
  • Staying alert to news related to standards, products, or services in your field of activity.
  • Complying with compliance, security, and risk management rules.

What you will bring

  • High school diploma (DES)
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience
  • Please note that other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Knowledge of all Desjardins products and services related to current and convenience.
  • Knowledge of all products and services for Desjardins members and those offered by Desjardins Business Centers, components, distribution networks/channels, and competitors.
  • Knowledge of data integration into systems.
  • Knowledge of security measures, legal framework, and internal control.
  • Knowledge of the philosophy and operation of a financial services cooperative.
  • Knowledge of operational procedures related to convenience products and services and transactions.
  • Knowledge of service standards.
  • Availability to work 1 evening per week
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
