Are you a meticulous, autonomous, and resourceful person? Do you enjoy varied manual work and seeing the results of your work? Santé Québec is looking for a painter to join its technical services team in Bas-Saint-Laurent.

By working with us, you will directly contribute to maintaining safe, welcoming, and functional environments for users, visitors, and staff of the health network.

Your Role

The Position Holder

• prepares surfaces for painting;
• performs color mixes;
• applies paint or synthetic coatings with a brush, roller, or spray gun;
• completes finishing and wall covering work;
• fills wall panel joints;
• cleans and maintains used tools and equipment.

Note that the position may require the selected person to work on projects outside their usual workplace but always within the Bas-Saint-Laurent territory.

Requirements

• Hold a recognized Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in building painting or equivalent experience;
• Hold a valid driver's license.

• Ability to work in a team;
• Sense of initiative.
