Being a manager at Filgo means taking on a key role with varied responsibilities where each day is unique. We propel your autonomy because we trust you! Your mission: ensure exceptional customer service while ensuring effective management of the convenience store operations.

Responsibilities that give your day a boost

• Human Resources Management: schedule shifts, recruit, train, and supervise the team, evaluate performance, and maintain a harmonious work environment.
• Operations Management: apply company policies and procedures, ensure the proper functioning of cash registers, manage inventories, analyze daily reports, and resolve unexpected situations.
• Development and Marketing: participate in sales development, manage promotions and loyalty programs, and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
• Customer Service: welcome and serve customers, process transactions, and offer our products such as our loyalty programs, additional offers at the checkout, etc.
• Maintenance: keep the premises clean, safe, and welcoming.

The type of energy we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in personnel supervision.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail (customer service).
• Any other combination of education/experience deemed equivalent will be considered.
• Ability to work on your feet and lift loads (5 to 20 kg).
• Desired skills: leadership, excellent customer service, teamwork, communication, autonomy, resourcefulness, planning, and organizational skills.
