• Location: Les Centre Rivieres, Trois-Rivieres QC
• Salary: $17.00/hour + commission

Requirements: Availability of 20 to 24 hours per week

What you will accomplish

• Actively engage mall shoppers and follow each step of our sales process.
• Create and maintain a network of prospective clients using our CRM tool.
• Generate hype and awareness within a mall environment by being an ambassador for WOW! and the brands we represent.
• Deliver on our brand promise by offering personalized, unbiased advice.
• Consistently achieve all key business metrics.
• Offer a best-in-class customer experience.
• Participate in documented coaching conversations.
• Responsible for inventory management, including receiving, labeling, and securing inventory.
• Follow merchandising and daily store cleanliness standards.
• Complete daily operations tasks, such as opening and closing the kiosk.
• Complete all required training modules and tasks.
• Stay current on promotions, products, services, and policies.
• Follow our policies and procedures and maintain a high level of integrity.
• Manage cash, point-of-sale, and inventory systems.
• Available to work during mall hours (evenings and weekends) based on operational needs.
• Manage multiple priorities with a demonstrated sense of urgency.
• Ability to easily adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.

• Wireless retail experience or commission sales experience is an asset.
