Campus Recruiter (12-month contract)

Your role:

Recruitment

• Build trust with managers to understand their needs;
• Identify, attract, and evaluate student talent;
• Support candidates and managers throughout the recruitment process;
• Manage and track multiple recruitments simultaneously.

Attraction and employer branding

• Participate in implementing campus recruitment strategies;
• Represent the firm at job fairs, university events, and visibility activities;
• Develop relationships with educational institutions and student associations;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our tools, practices, and attraction initiatives.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
• Strong interest in recruitment, client relations, HR marketing, or partnership development;
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Strong relational and communication skills;
• Initiative and desire to learn;
• Ability to manage multiple files in a dynamic environment;
• Positive attitude, energy, and team spirit;
• Availability to travel regularly to participate in events across our network.
