The Position

Reporting to the restaurant and bar supervisors, you will provide an *Unforgettable Service* to both internal and external customers by welcoming players to the High Roller lounge while maintaining a very high level of service standards. You will:

• Maintain a courteous and friendly contact with customers, be attentive to their needs, and answer their questions, exceeding their expectations;
• Ensure an impeccable presentation of dishes and buffet;
• Plate dishes before placing them on the buffet, maintain the appropriate temperature of each dish, and ensure product rotation;
• Prepare drinks, ensuring uniform presentation and maintaining responsible alcohol service standards;
• Monitor and inventory served food and beverages, and fill out appropriate requisitions, taking into account stock levels;
• Adhere to hygiene and sanitation standards;
• Be attentive to customer needs and exceed their expectations;
• Transmit relevant information about players in the lounge to supervisors and executive hosts;
• Perform cleaning tasks related to operations, such as dishwashing, etc.;
• Follow established service norms and procedures.

Essential Requirements

• High school diploma (D.E.S.)
• Due to serving a tourist clientele, good English language proficiency is required for this position
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant restaurant experience (cocktail preparation, service tray usage, plate transportation, basic wine knowledge)
