The Auto Picker Clerk is responsible for providing courteous, efficient, and professional customer service during order pickup. They welcome customers, verify order information, coordinate with the warehouse team, and ensure products are delivered correctly and on time.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the pickup area.
• Verify customer identity and order documents or confirmation.
• Notify the warehouse team of the customer's arrival so the order can be directed to the pickup zone.
• Verify the accuracy of the order before handing it to the customer.
• Inform the customer of any order particularities, if necessary.
• Coordinate the delivery of merchandise with the forklift operator.
• Answer customer questions about their order or direct them to the appropriate service.
• Handle special situations (incomplete order, damaged product, order error) according to established procedures.
• Maintain the pickup area clean, welcoming, and safe.
• Perform administrative tasks related to order pickup, if necessary.
• Provide a positive customer experience at all times.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Experience in customer service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Sense of organization and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with computer systems.
