What could your first experience look like?

  • You’ll be based out of one of our world class manufacturing facilities or one of our many distribution centres.
  • You will work on assignments that require you to perform cost/benefit analysis and balance our four key imperatives: cost, quality, service, and people.
  • You will develop leadership skills by attending continuous improvement training with the ultimate goal of leading a front-line team.
  • Motivate your team to achieve established performance targets and coaching them on performance processes
  • Strive to identify and implement productivity and efficiency initiatives (ex. reduction of scheduled downtime, identifying loss points for raw materials, leading front line employees, process changes and product & packaging waste reduction)

Who’s a good fit for the team

  • Bachelor’s degree in completed by December 2026.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to working with and leading people
  • Proven problem solver and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Collaborative team-player with a “roll-up your sleeves” approach.
  • Fluency in French and English.

What could your first experience look like?

  • You will be assigned to one of our world-class manufacturing facilities or one of our many distribution centers.
  • You will work on assignments that require you to perform cost-benefit analysis and balance our four key imperatives: cost, quality, service, and people.
  • You will develop leadership skills by attending continuous improvement training with the goal of eventually leading a front-line team.
  • You will need to motivate your team to achieve established performance targets and help them implement performance improvement procedures.
  • You will also need to determine which efficiency optimization initiatives are suitable for your team and implement them (e.g., reduction of scheduled downtime, identification of loss points for raw materials, leadership of front-line employees, process changes, and reduction of product and packaging waste).

What types of candidates are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree completed by December 2026.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to working with and leading people
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and have a “roll-up your sleeves” approach.
  • Proficiency in French and English.
