Senior Full-Cycle Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Online)-Mandarin & English

B\&C Transparent, located in St-Julie, is a leading distributor of materials for the glass railing and glass fencing industry.

We are currently looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Full-Cycle Bookkeeper who knows QuickBooks Online (QBO) extremely well and can independently manage daily accounting operations.

*This is NOT an entry-level position*

Qualifications \& Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle bookkeeping/accounting experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a Canadian CPA firm or public accounting firm.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) is mandatory.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and able to independently manage the full accounting cycle.
• Able to independently prepare and file GST/HST and QST returns.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian accounting principles, payroll, month-end, and year-end procedures.
• Able to prepare year-end working papers and supporting schedules for the external CPA firm to complete the T2 Corporate Income Tax Return.
• Experience with intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
• Strong bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliation skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Fluent in Mandarin \& English (French) for daily workplace communication.

Rémunération : 50 000,00$ à 72 000,00$ par an
