Part-Time Merchandiser – Weekend

Summary

The Merchandiser contributes to Bloomstar's success by providing exceptional customer service in partner stores. This includes shelving products, rotating freshness, installing and maintaining displays, restocking and rotating products in cold storage, organizing stock in reserve, and moving products from reserve to sales floor.

This role follows the company's merchandising systems, procedures, and policies to achieve global sales objectives.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Shelve shelves, racks, cold storage, and displays with Bloomstar products.
• Maintain the reserve in good order and ensure shelves remain clean.
• Perform all assigned tasks safely and productively.
• Fill out all required documents accurately and on time.
• Receive and process shipments on time.
• Organize and maintain the reserve according to company standards.
• Check all visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
• Communicate any stock issues or concerns to the merchandising supervisor or store manager.
• Ensure the store complies with merchandising and maintenance standards.
• Ensure customer service levels exceed expectations at all times.
• Reconfigure displays based on sales, offer clarity, and store concept.
• Work in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and its regulations.
