We are looking to welcome an IPSPL to our Duberger clinic in Quebec, full-time or part-time, depending on your availability. You will have the opportunity to work within a dynamic multidisciplinary team composed of administrative staff, nurses, IPSPLs, IPSSMs, family physicians and specialists.

Clinical Assessment and Care

• Perform a complete health assessment (history taking, physical examination).
• Establish diagnoses and develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe necessary tests (laboratory, imaging).
• Interpret results and adjust treatments.
• Ensure follow-up of chronic conditions (diabetes, hypertension, COPD, current mental health, etc.).

Prescriptions and Interventions

• Prescribe medications, treatments and care according to OIIQ and MSSS standards.
• Perform certain interventions: sutures, removal of foreign bodies, minor drainage, etc.
• Carry out vaccinations and preventive interventions.

Coordination and Interdisciplinary Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with family physicians, other IPS, nurses, social workers, pharmacists and other professionals.
• Participate in clinical meetings, case reviews and continuous improvement activities.

Education and Patient Support

• Advise patients and their families on treatments and lifestyle habits.
• Perform prevention: smoking, obesity, screening, sexual health, etc.

Documentation and Compliance

• Thoroughly document interventions in the patient record.
• Adhere to clinical protocols, professional standards and legal requirements.

Technical

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic reasoning skills.
• Very good mastery of first-line protocols.
• Ability to prescribe in a safe and compliant manner.

Interpersonal

• Clear, empathetic and professional communication.
• Person-centered approach.
• Excellent interdisciplinary collaboration skills.

Organizational

• Strong autonomy and clinical judgment.
• Effective time and priority management.
• Comfortable in a constantly evolving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing Sciences.
• Master of Nursing Sciences – First Line IPS training.
• Passed the OIIQ/CMQ certification exam.
• In good standing with the OIIQ.
