Intern – B2B Support Coast

Location: Baie-d'Urfé, QC (hybrid mode)

Department: Coast

We are looking for a meticulous intern to support product data entry and product configuration for our websites and B2B systems. This role will support the team by gathering product information, images, and prices from brand websites and shared folders to ensure that new products are added accurately and on time. This description is inspired by similar internal roles related to product configuration and content management.

Responsibilities

• Enter product information into the company's databases and B2B platforms.
• Participate in the creation of new SKUs and the online listing of product sheets.
• Search for product descriptions, specifications, images, and prices on manufacturer websites and within the company's shared folders.
• Upload product photos and other multimedia elements.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of product information.
• Organize and maintain product files and digital resources.
• Assist in updating existing product sheets.
• Support the team in various administrative and data entry tasks.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
• Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Be comfortable with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess good organizational and time management skills.
• Be able to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• An interest in eCommerce, digital content, or product management is an asset.
