We are currently looking for a Physiotherapist with a mixed musculoskeletal and perineal rehab approach at the Saint-Hubert Clinic.

Your responsibilities

• Conduct functional evaluations and assess patients' capabilities/limitations
• Design and implement individualized intervention plans
• Provide manual treatments and evidence-based interventions
• Maintain complete and compliant progress notes
• Ensure quality follow-up and adjust plans according to patients' progress
• Teach and advise patients on strategies and prevention
• Work closely with other clinic professionals

Our desired skills

• Open to new graduates and experienced physiotherapists
• Must be a member in good standing with the OPPQ
• Interest/training in manual therapy, orthopedics, and musculoskeletal (required)
• Basic course in female urinary incontinence required for new graduates
• Microprogram considered an asset
• Willing to practice in perineal and pelvic rehab (RPP) from the start of employment
• Initiative, autonomy, and patient-centered approach
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written

Schedule

• Full-time: 35 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, day and evening shifts, flexible schedule to be determined with the candidate
• Start date flexible according to the candidate's availability

Remuneration

• Salary: From $41/h to $77.35/h
• Hourly rate is established according to the prevailing salary scales, as well as the candidate's professional experience and developed expertise.
