Reporting to the Store Manager, the priority of the Co-Manager is to promote a positive omnichannel shopping experience, build relationships with our loyal customers, and achieve incredible business results by demonstrating strong leadership through recruiting, training, and coaching team members. You will maximize store profitability by meeting and exceeding sales and productivity goals. Qualifications:

• High school diploma; post-secondary studies in business or a related field, an asset
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in the fashion apparel industry, or equivalent management experience
• Passion for fashion and customer-oriented mindset
• Demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Show flexibility, innovation, and a sense of urgency to identify and respond in a constantly evolving work environment by providing impactful ideas and solutions
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Establish partnerships and prioritize collaboration
• Proficiency with social media, mobile devices, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), or OpenOffice
• Available to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays) as needed for business needs
