The Stylist is

• Naturally skilled at creating meaningful and authentic relationships with a customer-centered vision.

The Stylist will

• Offer a personalized experience through thoughtful choices that reflect each customer's unique style and preferences.
• Demonstrate great skill in creating outfits and increasing the customer's basket content with multiple product categories.
• Provide exceptional service in the fitting rooms by creating complete looks and demonstrating the power of styling.
• Stay up-to-date and share their comprehensive knowledge of products and styling advice on how to wear an item, the cut, the fabric, and care instructions.
• Exceed all personal and company objectives to contribute to the overall success of the store with passion and integrity.
• Develop a personal customer list by regularly acquiring new customers while inspiring and retaining loyal customers.
• Regularly communicate with their personal customer list by phone, email, and social media to inform them of store events, merchandise requests, special offers, etc.
• Provide support to meet all customer requests and collaborate with the management team, if needed, to ensure a harmonious experience.
• Work as a team to maintain a clean and well-organized environment.
• Provide support to the in-store Operations team as needed.
• Represent the company's vision, mission, and values.

The Stylist has

• A great sense of style and is comfortable with fashion trends and outfit creation.
• Availability to work full-time with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
• At least two years of experience as a Stylist or Sales Associate in retail.
• Experience in a goal-based sales environment, an asset.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment that requires performing multiple tasks while focusing on the customer.
• A high school diploma.
• Skills with social media, mobile devices, and computers, an asset.
