Developer, Analytics

Adviso is looking for a developer with a strong interest in marketing analytics to join its Analytics and Data Science team.

This department provides support at various levels within the company, both in consulting and implementation. Whether it's through the technical audit of websites, the design of measurement plans, or the configuration of analytical platforms, this specialized team ensures that data is put to the service of the business objectives of Adviso's clients as well as those of the company's internal departments.

A good understanding of the technical implementation challenges (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform) is an important asset for this role, as you will be called upon to translate your strategic recommendations into concrete specifications for the development teams.

A typical day in this role will involve

• Developing measurement plans and translating them into technical implementations on web and mobile platforms;
• Auditing existing analytical implementations and configurations;
• Assessing the business and technical needs of clients and proposing innovative solutions to maximize the impact of data on their business objectives;
• Developing 360-degree data unification strategies by integrating data from multiple sources (advertising data, CRM data, offline data);
• Providing internal or external training on digital performance measurement;
• Identifying and diagnosing, at a basic level, issues related to analytical implementations (troubleshooting and quality control);
• Managing an analytical implementation in its entirety.

This professional challenge is for you if you have

• At least 2 years of experience in web analytics with Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics;
• Intellectual curiosity and an analytical mindset;
• Proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written, is required to ensure effective communication with our national and international clientele;
• The ability to provide good follow-ups and good work planning;
• The right to work in Canada.

You will have a head start if you have the following assets

• Intermediate to advanced level in HTML, JavaScript, JSON, CSS, and knowledge of the Document Object Model (DOM);
• Good understanding of the HTTP protocol and Web APIs;
• Understanding of Law 25 and its implications for digital marketing.
