Maintenance Supervisor

Your role

Reporting to the engineering director, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, facility safety, and operational efficiency.

Your main responsibilities:

• Supervise and mobilize the maintenance team;
• Plan preventive and corrective maintenance work;
• Ensure a quick response to equipment breakdowns;
• Optimize equipment performance and reliability;
• Manage priorities, budgets, and resources;
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards;
• Participate in continuous improvement projects;

Desired profile

• Degree in industrial maintenance, electromechanical, mechanical engineering, or related field;
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial maintenance;
• Experience in team supervision in a manufacturing environment;
• Motivational leadership, organizational sense, and analytical mindset;
• Knowledge of a CMMS (an asset)
