The position

The person we are looking for will be at the heart of the development of the company's discographic projects. She will coordinate all musical releases, from strategic planning to marketing, in collaboration with the marketing, content, artist relations and music publishing teams. She will play a central role with artists, distributors, digital platforms and industry partners to ensure the success of each launch.

Main responsibilities

Develop album release strategies for digital and physical formats.

Build and track launch calendars.

Coordinate deliveries with digital distributors.

Ensure the quality of metadata, schedules and delivery assets.

Develop and maintain relationships with digital platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, Deezer, TikTok, etc.).

Prepare editorial pitches and track opportunities with DSPs.

Participate in the strategic development of artists and their projects.

Identify new development and partnership opportunities.

Represent Ambiances Ambiguës with industry participants at conferences, showcases and professional events.

Maintain a constant watch on industry trends.

Coordinate work between the various departments involved in launches.

Participate in planning meetings and ensure smooth information flow.

All other related tasks.

Desired profile

Minimum of five years of relevant experience in the music industry.

Marketing skills and knowledge.

Good knowledge of digital platforms and their operation.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strategic mindset and ability to see the big picture.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Very good command of French and English.

Autonomy, initiative and attention to detail.
