- Salary scale 004: $73,000 to $91,200 (The base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and skills relevant to the position.)

As a Financial Analyst, you act as a financial partner to the operations teams. You contribute to the analysis of financial results, the monitoring of production performance, and the optimization of plant decision-making processes.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial results (labor, manufacturing overhead, inventory, raw materials)
- Contribute to the development of plant budgets, track working hours, and analyze deviations
- Maintain and ensure the reliability of performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support plant teams with their financial needs (project analyses, monthly reports, ad-hoc requests)
- Collaborate closely with the controller on various financial and operational mandates
- Actively participate in continuous improvement projects, including automation, optimization, and harmonization of financial tools
What we are looking for to deliver these results
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration – Accounting option
- CPA designation (obtained or in the process of obtaining)
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment and/or cost accounting
- Experience with an ERP system (SAP: a plus)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced functions, Power Query – a plus)
