• YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WITH US
• Ecommerce Platform Operations
• Ensure the daily management and optimization of Jyga Technologies' Shopify platform;
• Monitor the geographical and regulatory compliance applicable to the platform (geo-compliance);
• Keep product listings, prices, and content up-to-date;
• Track platform performance indicators and formulate improvement recommendations;
• Coordinate the administrative aspects of the partnership with the platform's technical service provider;
• Supplier and Product Line Administration (House Brand and Third-Party Brand)
• Ensure the administrative tracking of the onboarding steps for suppliers, within the authority thresholds defined by unit management;
• Coordinate the product design and development process with OEM suppliers;
• Maintain complete product documentation (specifications, pricing, sourcing), whether distributed under the Jyga brand or the supplier's brand;
• Wholesale B2B Channel Support
• Ensure the administration of wholesale accounts (veterinary clinics, agricultural cooperatives, local distributors): account opening, order tracking;
• Coordinate with the receiving/shipping and sales support teams for the proper execution of off-platform ecommerce orders;
• Interdepartmental Coordination
• Organize and coordinate the tracking of interservice tasks related to the entire distribution unit;
• Serve as the main point of contact between marketing, sales, operations, procurement, and external partners;
• Coordinate internal training sessions on platform tools and new products, and develop training materials for Jyga representatives;
• Budgetary Tracking and Reporting
• Ensure the budgetary tracking of the entire distribution unit (not just the ecommerce portion);
• Monitor expenses, anticipate needs, and report on financial performance;
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses when evaluating new tools, suppliers, or products;
• Contribute to the preparation of the unit's monthly reporting, in coordination with the Finance team;
• Implementation of Commercial Initiatives
• Implement the promotional and category strategies approved by unit management;
• Provide product, availability, and customer insights data to support strategic decisions;
• Document observed trends and opportunities to feed the unit's strategic reflection;
• Internal Training and Documentation
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all products (sheets, guides, FAQs);
• Ensure the documentation is updated when there are changes to products or processes;

You Are Our Rare Gem If You

• Have at least one year of practical experience with Shopify or a comparable ecommerce platform;
• Possess knowledge in supplier and B2B customer account administration, and budget tracking;
• Demonstrate strong skills in project organization and interdepartmental coordination;
• Are proficient in Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, Teams, Word, SharePoint);
• Can manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously in a rapidly growing environment;
• Speak and write well in both French and English to communicate with our global clients and colleagues.
