The CENTREDMVET reference and emergency centers are looking for an Administrative Agent for their Surgery service. We need you to support the surgery team administratively. You can leverage your customer service skills to provide clients with an experience that meets their expectations. Our furry friends have never needed your help more than they do today!

A DAY IN THIS POSITION IS…

• Inform and answer general questions from clients;
• Participate in updating medical records, scheduling changes, patient leaves, and billing;
• Follow up on files with the veterinarian;
• Establish a good relationship with the client and ensure necessary follow-ups with them;
• Contribute to administrative tasks and the smooth functioning of the service, as needed.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

You have relevant experience in a similar position, allowing for an advanced understanding of the medical aspect. You have a diploma in the veterinary field, administration, or a related discipline, or you have held a position as an Animal Health Technician. You are known for your keen observation skills and can work on multiple files simultaneously. You stand out for your exceptional customer service and demonstrate initiative and judgment.

You are autonomous, resourceful, and responsible. You have a good capacity for adaptation and problem-solving. Your positive energy will help you be recognized as a team player that colleagues can rely on. You place great importance on health and safety in your workplace.
