As a Shop Manager at L'Occitane, you are the ideal host, offering our customers an immersive and unique experience. Your Main Responsibilities

• Experience in team management in retail or hospitality/restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• An entrepreneurial spirit, especially in a sales-oriented environment.
• A strong customer orientation, both internally and externally.
• Knowledge of skin, body, and perfume care is an asset.
• Experience in clienteling is a plus.
• Proficiency in basic technological tools.
