I am Kimberley, founder of Atelier KD. For several years, I have personally designed and handcrafted each of our jewelry pieces, incorporating real dried flowers into each of my creations. Today, thanks to the trust of our customers, Atelier KD is growing rapidly, and I am looking for a trusted person who will become my right arm to actively contribute to the development of the company.

Your main responsibilities at Atelier KD's stand at the Grand Marché de Québec

• Ensure the smooth daily operation of the kiosk.
• Provide exceptional customer service and guide customers through their shopping experience.
• Supervise, support, and motivate the sales team.
• Participate in scheduling and coordinating operations.
• Collaborate on developing marketing strategies and evolving the brand image.
• Participate in creating content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Contribute to planning promotions, events, and collection launches.
• Ensure the visual presentation of the kiosk and adherence to brand standards.
• Analyze sales and propose ideas to contribute to the company's growth.
• Collaborate directly with me on various projects to support the development of Atelier KD.
• The profile I am looking for

You are an autonomous, proactive, and organized person who enjoys finding solutions and advancing projects.

You possess:

• Experience in retail, coordination, or team management.
• A strong interest in marketing, social media, and brand development.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A good sense of organization and planning.
• A positive attitude, initiative, and a great team spirit.
• Good knowledge of social media and digital tools.
• An interest in the world of creation, fashion, or craftsmanship (an asset).
