Outside Sales Representative, Engineering Consultant

The person holding this position will be actively involved in the sales operational process to stimulate and achieve sales of equipment. They will support engineering consultants, participate in the selection of HVAC equipment, and contribute to the sales team's activities from pre-project to the conclusion of the sales process.

The person will be responsible for the proactive promotion of the company and the products it represents in the CVAC-R industry.

What you will accomplish with us

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key players in the CVAC-R industry.
• Meet with clients and partners in the field to understand their realities and needs.
• Actively contribute to technical choices in pre-project by recommending suitable solutions in HVAC.
• Collaborate closely with engineering consultants to positively influence the specification of proposed solutions.
• Analyze opportunities and strategically guide projects that will be handled by the internal team.
• Participate in the development and validation of competitive technical solutions, including equivalence tables.
• Actively promote the company's solutions and their added value to the market.
• Serve as a resource and mentor to internal teams (estimation, sales support).
• Play a key role at all stages of the sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to their realization.
• Contribute to the preparation of strategic offers, including equipment pre-purchases.
• Produce or support the production of technical documents when required.

• Experience in technical representation in a complex environment.
• Established network of contacts in the CVAC-R industry, considered an important asset.
• Excellent communication skills, with a recognized ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
• Bilingualism (French and English) required to regularly interact with internal and external partners across Canada. After analysis, this requirement is essential to the performance of the position's responsibilities.
