The Opportunity / Role Overview

As a Full Stack Developer, you will take part in the development and continuous improvement of the platform (web app, mobile app, and integrations such as Outlook, Gmail, and Microsoft Teams), collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to design high-performing, scalable solutions that meet client needs.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy new features
• Take part in technical decisions and the evolution of the software architecture
• Ensure the quality, performance, and stability of applications
• Take part in sprint planning, work estimation, and code reviews
• Use AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor) daily to increase productivity and foster innovation

What You Bring

• 3 to 5 years of experience in software development
• Excellent proficiency in Node.js and React (equivalent depth in Angular also considered)
• Comfortable using AI coding tools as part of your daily workflow
• University degree or DEC (college diploma) in computer science or a related field
• Experience with Git and software development best practices
• Bilingual in French and English, spoken and written

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript, Docker, AWS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, GitLab, Mocha, Puppeteer, Jest, or ESLint
