KPMG is seeking a Director to join our dynamic team at our Quebec office. Our professional teams help our clients manage risks so they can focus on their core activities. Because they know the client's business in its entirety, our professionals are able to uncover previously unsuspected opportunities to improve performance and efficiency.

What You Will Do

• Supervise and manage various certification and tax missions (Examinations & Compilations).
• Manage missions, from planning to completion of deliverables.
• Advise, train, and mentor staff responsible for certification.
• Collaborate with clients and partners on complex issues to find appropriate solutions that meet client needs.
• Ensure the application of KPMG's good practices and accounting methods in the context of missions.

What You Bring to the Role

• CPA designation in Canada.
• At least five years of experience in a firm...
• Strong knowledge of the Canadian Standards on Internal Control (CSIC) and Canadian corporate and individual taxation.
• Experience in advising clients on tax matters.
• Experience in examination and compilation missions.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to understand client activities to build and maintain close relationships with them.
• Ability to manage requirements and priorities while maintaining the quality of work and service.
• Strong team spirit and attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively delegate work and marked leadership skills.
• Excellent coaching and performance management skills.
