Business Analyst

Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities

• Analyze business situations to understand organizational issues and identify opportunities for improvement;
• Identify, document, validate, and ensure the traceability of business needs and requirements;
• Map current and target business processes;
• Recommend and influence the evolution of financial processes according to market best practices;
• Accompany stakeholders and foster their commitment to project objectives and requirements;
• Align solutions with business objectives and business needs;
• Identify prerequisites, dependencies, and organizational impacts;
• Present and communicate solutions to various stakeholders;
• Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and ensure an end-to-end cross-functional vision;
• Collaborate with architects, business experts, project managers, and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.

The desired profile is as follows

• Hold a university degree of the first cycle;
• Possess a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in the fields of accounting, finance, and financial systems;
• Have a minimum of four (4) years of experience in a business analyst role;
• Have knowledge of Oracle financial software (ERP Cloud, EBS, EPM Cloud, and Hyperion) (asset);
• Have knowledge of the insurance claims industry (asset);
• Hold a professional accounting title (asset).
