As the Senior Director in our consulting practice, you will lead the development and delivery of our executive search and talent acquisition services to our clients. This role combines strategic consulting with clients to identify the right profile, through to the integration of the candidate into the company. You will also play a key role in business development and in strengthening the Cabinet's reputation in the market. We offer our clients customized recruitment solutions tailored to their needs, primarily filling management positions.

Responsibilities

• Executive Search and Talent Acquisition Services:

+ Design and implement customized recruitment strategies for clients across various industries.

+ Lead recruitment mandates, from needs analysis to candidate offers.

+ Develop and deploy recruitment systems, tools, and processes tailored to clients' needs.

+ Provide strategic advice and market intelligence on trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

• Business Development and Client Relations:

+ Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

+ Identify and pursue new business opportunities in recruitment services.

+ Represent the Cabinet at business community events to increase visibility.

+ Write service proposals and make presentations to potential clients.

+ Contribute to the Cabinet's reputation as a leader in recruitment through content creation, conferences, and social media presence.

• Team Leadership and Project Management:

+ Lead multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring the quality of deliverables and client satisfaction.

+ Coach and mentor team members.

+ Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables with rigor and efficiency.

Qualifications

• *

+ Minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR consulting.

+ Proven experience in client project management, recruitment, and executive search.

+ Experience in establishing a recruitment practice, a significant asset.

+ In-depth knowledge of the market, competitors, and pricing methods.

+ Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies and sourcing strategies.

+ Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and contribute to business development.

+ Recognized leadership and ability to mobilize teams at all levels of the organization.

+ Ability to work collaboratively with national and multidisciplinary teams.

+ Initiative and attention to detail.

+ Excellent communication and writing skills.

+ Client-oriented and rigorous in service quality.

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

+ Bilingual (French and English).

+ Ability to travel, if needed.
