Job Description Summary

Charged with leading a team and acting as an intermediary between our clients and our internal teams. You translate client requirements into detailed stories for development teams and manage the projects assigned to you. Your work may involve different geographic areas, teams, technologies, platforms, and applications. You will be part of an integrated team and work together to deliver positive results.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Leverages deep expertise in processes/domain and collaborates with a procurement manager and a technical development team. Influences design and planning decisions with key stakeholders. Drives the development of products for a (generally) highly technical audience. Combines client vision with technical feasibility to convert business needs into functional specifications/user stories. Works with clients/stakeholders to prioritize needs. Creates the strategic product roadmap. Coordinates the work of multiple parallel teams to achieve superior results. Responsible for delivery transparency and maximizing profits. Focuses on execution during the product launch phase.

Includes direct responsibility for personnel management, including staffing and performance development.

• Demonstrates discernment and is capable of proposing different solutions outside defined parameters to handle more complex manufacturing processes with a variety of technical and/or interdependent production cycles. Relies on technical experience and analytical thinking. Calls upon limited internal and external resources outside of their own teams to assist in making a decision.
• Acts as a resource for less experienced colleagues. Can lead small projects with low risk and resource needs. Explains information. Develops skills to bring team members to consensus around domain-related topics. Communicates performance expectations and can manage sensitive issues.

• For roles outside the United States - This role requires significant experience in the function and digital audio workstation. Knowledge equivalent to a bachelor's degree from an accredited university (or associate degree with relevant experience).
• For roles in the United States - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (or high school diploma and/or general studies diploma with at least 4 years of experience in the function).
