Are you passionate about service and hospitality? Manoir Hovey, a member of the prestigious Relais & Châteaux network, is looking for a Head Waiter to lead the dining room team at Taproom Bistro.

On the shores of Lake Massawippi, in an exceptional setting, you will be at the heart of the guest experience: orchestrate the service, advise guests, and grow a team that aims for excellence. A rare opportunity to put your expertise to work for a recognized establishment.

Your Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with courtesy and professionalism
• Supervise the service flow and coordinate the work of busboys and runners
• Advise guests on menus, wines, and wine-food pairings
• Provide personalized service meeting the highest quality standards
• Participate in recruiting, training, mentoring, and developing the dining room team
• Ensure compliance with service standards, schedules, budgets, and the establishment's policies and procedures
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure a smooth and memorable experience for our guests

Required

• 3 to 5 years of experience in fine dining (Relais & Châteaux, Michelin, 4 or 5 Diamonds)
• Excellent culinary and oenological knowledge
• Bilingual (French and English)

Asset

• Knowledge of Maitre'D software
