Nurse ASI

Under the authority of the Director of Nursing, the incumbent assesses the health status of the religious, determines and implements the nursing care plan and nursing treatments. He or she initiates and provides nursing and medical care to maintain health, restore it, and prevent illness. He or she may prescribe, among other things, laboratory tests, treatments, products, medications, and dressings in the fields of wound care and public health, in accordance with applicable regulations. The incumbent plans, delivers, and evaluates teaching to the religious, and participates in research aimed at promoting health and preventing illness. He or she applies the mission and vision of the community in his or her work. He or she works closely with the assigned physician at the Monastery.

Salary: $34.88 to $44.36 per hour
