Project Manager - Commercial Fit-Outs

You will be responsible for managing commercial fit-out projects from their launch to delivery. You will be the person driving the files forward, coordinating the right resources, and ensuring each project is ready to welcome its future tenant.

Your daily tasks

You manage multiple projects simultaneously, including:

• Defining the scope of work with the leasing team and clients;
• Preparing budgets and ensuring their tracking;
• Planning schedules and coordinating the various stages of the project;
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other partners;
• Ensuring the compliance of plans and technical documents;
• Coordinating permit and authorization requests;
• Anticipating issues and proposing concrete solutions;
• Following change requests until their implementation;
• Ensuring the quality of work, adherence to costs, and schedules;
• Accompanying the project until the tenant's possession and its administrative closure.
• Desired profile
• You possess:
• At least 5 years of experience in managing commercial fit-out or construction projects;
• Excellent knowledge of budget and schedule management;
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive projects forward;
• A DEC or bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction engineering, or equivalent experience;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and MS Project (AutoCAD is an asset);
• A valid driver's license.
